This license agreement (the "Agreement") is between you (the "User") and Kamil Magoński ("Licensor") for the use of the ChaseGo.online game ("Game"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The User agrees not to:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant the User any ownership rights in the Game.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User breaches any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game in their possession or control.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Game will meet the User's requirements or that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the User's use or inability to use the Game, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the ChaseGo.online website. The User's continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
